Plan your 2027 strategy retreat at Ogere Resort in Ogun State, with conference facilities, accommodation, catering and team bonding spaces in a serene setting.
A successful strategy retreat is about more than presentations. It is an opportunity for your leadership team to review performance, discuss priorities and agree on the goals that will shape the year ahead.
As your organisation prepares for 2027, choosing the right retreat venue is an important first step. At Ogere Resort, your team can meet, collaborate and unwind in one location, with facilities designed to support corporate meetings and residential retreats.
1. Conference Facilities for Focused Strategy Sessions
From leadership meetings to departmental discussions, your venue should support the way your team works.
Ogere Resort offers 14 conference rooms for corporate meetings, presentations and group discussions. Whether you need a main meeting space or smaller rooms for breakout sessions, discuss your agenda and technical requirements with our team.
2. A Serene Setting for Fresh Perspectives
A productive retreat needs room for reflection as well as discussion.
Ogere Resort’s landscaped gardens and courtyard provide a peaceful change of setting between sessions. For a residential strategy retreat, on-site accommodation also allows your team to spread discussions across multiple days without travelling between venues.
3. Bring Your Team Together Beyond the Meeting Room
Team bonding activities can complement formal strategy sessions by giving colleagues time to connect in a different setting.
With indoor and outdoor team bonding spaces, Ogere Resort offers opportunities to incorporate shared activities into your retreat. On-site catering also makes it easier to coordinate meals and breaks around your programme.
4. Turn Strategy into Action for 2027
Before the retreat ends, make time to document key decisions, assign responsibilities and agree on next steps.
Planning these outcomes into your agenda helps your team leave with a clearer understanding of priorities and how to move forward in the new year.
